Opened in March 2013, Pak’n Save Blenheim provides a one-stop-shop for groceries and a self-service petrol station, it also has Lotto and take away coffee.
Kmart
Marlborough customers were delighted to have the smart new Kmart right on their door step. Opened in April 2019, it is the first of Kmart’s regional stores, and also supplies to local online orders.
Chemist Warehouse
Opening in mid November 2021, Chemist Warehouse completes the tenancies within the Kmart Complex of the Business Park.
Catalyst Eatery
Serving and supplying Marvel Coffee Lab coffee and delicious cabinet and menu food, Catalyst Eatery opened in May 2019.
PGG Wrightson
PGG Wrightson opened mid 2016, adding more choice for rural goods, together with rural real estate. Customers appreciate the close proximity of the rural stores, and being able to park the farm ute with the dogs on the back right there.
Bunnings Warehouse
Providing a wide range of DIY & trade supplies, a garden centre, kids play area and hardware café.
Farmlands
Farmlands opened mid 2015, adding a fresh new rural and bulk goods store, and rural real estate office with ample parking. Both rural and urban customers enjoy shopping at the Farmlands store.
